• Museum of beaux arts

The Museum of Beaux-Arts , inaugurated in 1966, is the work of architect Paul Pamart. Its light and bright spaces bring together, on two levels and more than 1,600 m2, collections of paintings, drawings, sculptures and photographs from the 16th to the 21st centuries.

The museum also displays old Flemish paintings and English and French watercolors by artists such as Bonington and Francia who both knew the city.
